Our vision

Ouralis Wildlife Services was created with the common goal of bringing knowledge and technical expertise to institutions working in wildlife conservation around the world.

Having worked on very diverse projects and in several countries, we identified a common problem: the need for technical advice and training of local teams.

Our team has extensive training and experience in the management, health, and conservation of wildlife, and a passion for knowledge sharing. We aim to expand the capacity of veterinarians, biologists, conservationists, and caretakers who work daily in the in-situ and ex-situ conservation of wildlife. We work through collaborations guided by professional ethics and cultural sensitivity, prioritizing animal welfare and based on sound scientific principles.

Methodology

01

PLANNING

Before the visit to the center, we will meet to establish the objectives and priorities of the collaboration, as well as to get to know each other and understand the context of the institution. In these meetings, we will decide on the duration of the visit and the schedule.

02

ACTION

During the visit, depending on the priorities, we will work directly with the teams to achieve the established objectives.

03

FOLLOW-UP

Following the in-person visit to the center and the establishment of the work plan, we offer follow-up with the preparation of documents or for technical advice on both management issues and health and veterinary care remotely for 3 or 6 months.
